a. Booking Cancellations: If you need to cancel your booked photo session, please notify us at least 14 days in advance. Cancellations made within this period may be subject to a cancellation fee.
b. Refunds: We do not offer refunds for cancelled photo sessions. However, we may offer rescheduling options depending on availability.


2. Products (Prints and Digital Images)
a. Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive damaged or defective prints or digital images, please contact us immediately. We may require photographic evidence of the damage before processing a replacement or refund.
b. Returns: We do not accept returns of prints or digital images unless they are damaged or defective upon receipt.
